    Associate Partner level position (Senior Director/Senior Principal) - London/hybrid (2 days in London per week).

    Global Market Access Strategy / HEOR Consultancy Company:

    One of the most innovative and scientific healthcare consulting teams out there, hiring due to significant year on year growth (mostly organic), start up feel, with the backing of an established Partner lead and ran UK company,Close-knit collaborative team, with a genuinely people focused culture, 35 hour work week, with any additional hours logged going to towards an above average and personal performance based bonus scheme Evidencia has placed 8 people into this team in the last 3 years, all providing positive feedback around the culture, working style and environment vs their previous consulting firms/CRO's & industry settingsOne of the best staff retention rates across the entire healthcare consulting space*Role scope:Hands on Senior Leadership role, a key part of a close knit leadership team made up of different backgrounds in the Market Access & Pricing, HEOR, HTA & RWE/Epi spacePart of a growing brand name, a senior 'sell and deliver' position, without hard sales targets A chance to utilise your wealth of experience in a truly unique Consulting teamLeading on the delivery of client projects including being the primary contact for client management and accountable for efficient project deliveryManaging project teams including coordination of study design and protocol development where appropriate.

    We expect most projects would be for clients in the pharmaceutical sectors and many projects that you will lead will be working across service area groupings/teamsActing as a Subject Matter Expert on projects and engagementsHelping driving the business forward with new services, thought leadership and proposals, supporting growth of the existing offerings into new markets and extending the capabilities of the current offerings according to your expertise and track recordWhile this role is not to develop a new service area, we expect that there will be new services that we can provide to our clients that leverage your skillset, experiences and the existing skillsets across the department, particularly in the HEOR, HTA and Market Access Strategy teamsContributing company brand and presence through thought leadership, working both with pharmaceutical clients alongside key stakeholders such as HTA bodiesThis role will also include leveraging existing contacts across the life science sector and upselling and cross-selling on existing clients/prospects through projects you leadActively contribute to the development of the teamLine managementIdeal profile:10+ years of experience in the healthcare, life sciences or consulting industries, with a track record of leading teams in delivering innovative high quality workA demonstrable track record in prospecting and successful business development (however, there are no hard sales targets here)
