    You will work within P&C to enable the team to provide effective data insight to the business.
    You will be responsible for partnering with the wider business to build data analysis using people and business data
    Perform data visualisation to support and showcase P&C related data to answer business questions.
    Review and improve the people-data reporting provision across the business.
    driving the transition of the people analytics capability from ad-hoc reporting into a predictive and trend-focused approach.
    Implement and push strategy based on data and insights.
    Experience working with Data Analytics and Data Visualisation.
    ~ Knowledge of Excel, PowerBI and SAP HR.
    ~ Experience presenting and delivering training.
    ~ Managed databases and system development.
    ~20% annual performance-based bonus.
