    Job Description ADP is hiring a UK Compliance Manager

    We are seeking a UK Compliance Manager to join our team in Staines. Reporting into Sr Director, UK Payments & Compliance, International Money Movement.

    You will pay a pivotal role in ensuring the department's adherence to ensure our payment services offer (PDS) is fully compliant with local laws/regulations, whilst maintaining effective controls against the risk of financial crime.

    The UK Compliance Manager will uphold policies and procedures that adhere to all relevant regulations.

    This role entails establishing effective frameworks to ensure comprehensive compliance across all levels of the organisation, including Senior Managers and the Executive team.

    Maintain ADP's risk framework and financial crime controls.
    Provide advice and support to ADP management and staff on all compliance and regulatory matters.
    Maintain a strong compliance environment whilst driving a continuous improvement culture.
    Manage senior stakeholders across the business, both locally and internationally.
    Ensure compliance with ADP policies and FCA license requirements.
    Identify compliance risks, whether existing, new, or emerging

    Manage ADP's Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") Programme and provide advice to ADP's MLRO and Legal Director to ensure ADP's compliance with applicable AML laws and regulations.

    Manage day to day operational functions of Compliance team – namely supporting Sales with onboarding new clients, daily sanctions screening reviews, transaction monitoring reviews, periodic reviews, reviewing and preparing Suspicious Activity Reports for review by the MLRO.

    Support the business with annual AML training.
    Prepare quarterly MLRO reports and update senior management on quarterly performance and risk findings.
    Coordinate periodic reviews of the ADL AML manual, Risk Assessments, and any other documentation pertinent to AML/CTF
    Work with our international colleagues on best practices to minimise risk.
    Review and maintain the compliance framework within ADP, develop/enhance compliance policies and procedures and monitor against regulatory requirements.
    Support the UK Legal Director in the preparation and review of materials for regular Compliance Committee Meetings
    Work closely with the UK Legal Director on various compliance initiatives, including but not limited to KYC and AML laws and regulations, GDPR and risk compliance programme
    Identify compliance breaches or weakness and escalate and report these and manage ADP's compliance projects.
    Maintain all compliance files in accordance with the regulations and keep requisite registers such as data protection registers

    5+ years previous AML/KYC experience
    ~ Familiar with laws and regulations relating to financial crime prevention.
    ~ Demonstrated track record in risk analysis, development of controls and process improvements.
    ~ Must possess excellent communication/relationship building skills and be able to influence at all levels both internally and externally.
    ~ Must possess sound business judgment coupled with precise attention to detail.
