    Description

    PE Global are delighted to be working with our client, who is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.

    Our client specialises in providing turnkey data centre solutions, providing services from design, through to construction across the full range of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical services as well as commissioning.

    Our client has grown to become the leading and most trusted company in our sector and is the only dedicated Data Centre delivery partner in Europe.

    Our client is pleased to announce we are currently seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our team at our head office in Ballymount, Dublin 22.

    Prepare content to include in bid submission: working with estimating team, design manager and graphic designer to compile a successful tender document.

    Collaborate with our graphic design team to originate visual supports for inclusion as necessary.

    Work with the Bid Manager to continuously update and improve this database to enhance the efficiency of future proposal development.

    Stay up-to-date with proposal management tools and technologies to optimise efficiency and enhance the quality of proposals.
    Ability to work to deadlines and project demands to meet business needs.
    Attention to detail even when working in a fast paced, demanding environment.
    Ability to effectively engage with diverse teams of senior individuals.
    Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) is essential.
