    Je wordt onderdeel van een enthousiast team van 5 en rapporteert aan Ruth Oortgiesen, Hoofd Corporate Communicatie. Deze afdeling helpt teams met verandercommunicatie, strategie communicatie, projectcommunicatie en internal branding. Ook externe communicatie, zoals PR en issuemanagement, ligt bij dit team. Je werkt veel samen met collega's, ook in de andere landen waarin Kramp actief is. En met externe partijen.
    Je adviseert projectmanagers en leadershipteams over communicatie in hun projecten en programma's.
    Je vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar concrete communicatieoplossingen of -voorstellen.
    Je stelt communicatieplannen op in samenspraak met interne stakeholders en je weet deze op een pakkende manier uit te voeren.
    Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de eindredactie van ons personeelsmagazine, dat 3 keer per jaar uitkomt.
    Wie ben jij?
    Je bent bij voorkeur 40 uur per week beschikbaar, maar in ieder geval minimaal 32
    Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een communicatierol
    Je hebt een hbo- of wo-studie in de richting van (interne) communicatie afgerond
    Je vindt het leuk om plannen te maken én ui te voeren
    Je bent enthousiast, creatief, analytisch en soms ook pragmatisch
    Je hebt talent voor het coördineren van projecten
    Je hebt een vlotte pen, zowel in het Nederlands als Engels
    Als je kennis hebt van Microsoft 365 en/of SharePoint is dat een plus.
