    We have more than 350 employees in 11 offices across, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

    Central services, Finance

    Our 12-strong finance team is responsible for the group & head office finance and treasury functions as well as providing all day-to-day accounting support for our trading companies in the UK, Dubai, Belgium & Ireland.

    Working alongside the business we seek to add value and provide relevant analysis in order to aid decision making.


    As a member of Finance Team this role will be involved in the timely production of management accounts for allocated practices as well as .

    Ensuring compliance with group and accounting policies, plus adhering to a rigorous financial control and reporting environment.

    Preparation of monthly Management Accounts for the various Practices including variances to budget/forecast
    Preparation of monthly commentary/financial reports for Budget holders
    Preparation of client servicing and utilisation data
    Assist with reporting on gross margin, new business wins and losses, inflationary increases (with support from Senior Business Analyst)
    Assist Senior BA in preparation of quarterly budgets/reforecasts
    Import and analysis of foreign entities management accounts. Querying and challenging numbers where needed with support from Senior BA.
    Preparation and revision of Balance Sheet reconciliations
    Support year end audit process including preparation of audit requirements and resolution of queries
    Assisting with ad hoc projects

    Advanced Excel
    Currently studying ACCA/CIMA or equivalent

    A good team-player who encourages feedback and will seek help when appropriate
