    The Publicis Imagine team has been designed to be simple, agile and connected, with access to the latest innovations in media to accelerate Disney's growth around the world, Data is at the core of Publicis Imagine's offering. Our data ecosystem, supercharged by Epsilon, will be the end-to-end platform focused on driving growth. We do this by uncovering data-driven insights that inform marketing, creative messaging and media decisions. We will look to connect all aspects of Disney's business to unlock growth with each of their consumers from any line of business.

    Publicis Imagine will be active across the globe, with the hub for EMEA based here at White City in London. We are Disney fanatics and have created a unique UK and EMEA hybrid team to deliver not only excellence in market, but also be the guiding light for the region when it comes to planning. We have brought together talent from all areas of our business, client leadership, strategy, planning, data science, content, insights and execution in agile squads that will deliver for Disney's business.

    Job Description

    This vacancy is an opportunity to join the Publicis Imagine Digital Media Investment team, which is responsible for planning and buying all UK programmatic and direct digital media as well as print. The overall Investment team is comprised of 24 individuals with diverse skills and expertise across the media and technology landscape. Digital Investment works in close collaboration with Media Planners, Paid Social and the AV Investment team to help design integrated solutions to Disney's communication challenges.

    This role of the Digital Associate Director will be to lead Disney's Digital (Video & Display) media activity across Disney+ and Media Networks. Responsibilities will include:

    • Leading a team of programmatic buyers to deliver best in class campaigns across Disney+ including upcoming campaigns The Bear S3 and Welcome to Wrexham S3.
    • Working with wider team to deliver innovative and strategic responses to briefs across a range of suppliers.
    • Overseeing full Digital campaign lifecycle from planning to activation and reporting.
    • Championing use of Digital within Publicis Imagine and with clients, showing value in our activations and delivering best in class results and PCAs.
    • Negotiating with key digital partners and media owners on long term partnerships and added value opportunities for our clients.
    • Managing a team of 1x Digital Manager, 1x Senior Executive and 2x Account Executives.

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge in programmatic buying (DV360, TTD & Amazon).
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Experience in strategic digital media planning.
    • Excellent client management skills with ability to challenge and shape briefs.
