At United Living, we have one of the largest specialist in-house teams for project management, acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance in the UK.

    Job Description

    As a repairs supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities for the specific contract area. Your role involves ensuring that work progresses according to plans, schedules, and safety standards. Additionally, you will manage a team of 14+ PAYE operatives, covering reactive maintenance repairs. Your tasks will include:

    • Assisting with H&S
    • Assisting with completion of outstanding works
    • Supporting schedulers to coordinate any large projects
    • Providing Quotes to clients
    • Liaising with residents
    • Conducting post-inspections

    Your ability to motivate the team to ensure work completion is crucial, and you will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety on construction sites.

    Qualifications

    • Strong IT knowledge
    • Must have experience of dealing with multi trade operatives and sub-contractors
    • Experience within the housing sector preferred
    • Valid driving license

    Additional Information

    The site is covering Brighton, Hove, Horsham and Crawley.
