The purpose of this role is to work alongside our field-based recruitment managers to support the future growth of our business through attracting either experienced financial advisers to our Partnership, or high-quality individuals to join our Academy.
In doing so, you will be able to contribute directly to the future growth of our business.You will be responsible for researching, identifying, and attracting high-quality prospects within this target-focussed role.
Supporting our field-based Recruitment Managers, you'll be expected to create recruitment opportunities through proactive outbound engagement with our marketplace utilising different marketing tools and strategies.
Engaging with prospects over the telephone to develop relationships and discuss the opportunity to join our Partnership.You may come from a financial services or recruitment background or more generally a target-focussed or sales role.
You may be a recent graduate with an eagerness to develop a rewarding career with a leading FTSE 100 Wealth Management organisation.
