    Role Overview:
    The Performance Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving 's growth by managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms and search engines. This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, creative, and has a proven track record of delivering results through paid media strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Craft and execute dynamic digital advertising campaigns across Google Shopping, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, focusing on both B2C and B2B audiences.
    • Perform detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and market analysis to pinpoint optimal advertising opportunities.
    • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards, making data-driven decisions to optimize bid strategies, ad copy, and targeting.
    • Manage and optimize budgets across all platforms to ensure maximum ROI and meet KPIs.
    • Lead B2B marketing efforts, identifying unique strategies to engage and convert business clients in various markets.
    • Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and platform updates, applying best practices to maintain and enhance campaign effectiveness.
    • Operate autonomously within a global, remote framework, ensuring clear communication and timely reporting on campaign performance and insights.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in e-commerce performance marketing, with a proven track record in Google Shopping, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest ad platforms.
    • Deep understanding of B2C and B2B marketing strategies, with the ability to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
    • Proficient in using analytics tools to interpret data, inform strategies, and demonstrate results.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to marketing challenges.
    • Effective communication skills, with fluency in English and the capacity to work as part of a global remote team.
