- Establishing working relationships with a variety of stakeholders across NHSBT to enable programmes and projects that align with directorate strategic priorities.
- Providing administrative support to the Head of Planning and Transformation in planning and delivering the CAGT change portfolio including the business planning and strategy deployment annual cycles.
- Working with other areas of Clinical Services (CS) in developing resource plans that will enable transformational change.
- Liaising with staff across CAGT, the wider CS Directorate and with external stakeholders, as required, in order to share, as well as receive sensitive and potentially contentious business information.
- Managing the reporting cadence for key meetings and required materials.
- Maintaining a repository of performance data and undertake analysis and interpretation to drive improvements.
- Communicating business sensitive information to different levels of the organisation, as required, whilst adhering to data protection rules and guidelines.
- Work in partnership with other Directorates to plan and deliver transformational programmes of work. You will be required to travel and spend time away from base, which will involve working irregular hours and overnight stays when required, with prior notice.
- Post- graduate qualification in Business or Leadership Management. OR equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrates commitment to own continued professional development (CPD).
- Experience in creating regular and bespoke reports, tailored to meet business requirements, from large volumes of complex and often conflicting data, alongside expertise in collating, analyzing, and trending vast amounts of complex data.
- Experience of developing and assisting with the creation of business plans and individual business cases.
- Demonstrable experience of working with budgets and the use of financial information to determine areas for improvement.
- Experience in providing training to others on an area of specialism.
- Experience of working on the delivery of projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrable experience of management of staff and event management and co-ordination.
- Experience of working with information technology using Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint).

Job summary
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the field of healthcare? In this role, you will drive positive change and optimize our operations, while providing crucial business support to Clinical Services. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders to deliver programmes and projects that align with strategic priorities.
You will be using your skills to develop strategies and plans and implement projects. Reporting to the Head of Planning and Transformation (CAGT), you will be supporting a range of activities so this post will be filled with a variety of work, including administrative, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and analysing and interpreting data.
You will get the ability to use your innovative and personable approach to deliver strategic requirements for the directorate. Communication and engagement are everything in this role, and you will need to build effective relationships, resolve issues, and share best practice across the organisation.
