    Business Development Manager

    Job Type:
    Permanent, Full-time

    Working Hours:
    Monday to Friday

    We are on the hunt for a dedicated Business Development Manager with a background in the cleaning industry to spearhead our growth initiatives.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cleaning business, particularly within commercial office environments, and will be adept at lead generation and client acquisition.

    Conducting thorough surveys of potential business sites to assess cleaning needs and capacity.
    Generating leads and converting them into long-term clients.
    Developing and implementing strategies for new business acquisition.
    Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet and exceed financial targets.
    Proven experience in the cleaning industry, particularly in a business development or sales role.
    Strong understanding of commercial cleaning variables and requirements.
    Demonstrated ability to generate leads and drive business growth.
    Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to business development.
    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Competitive base salary with an attractive uncapped commission structure.
