    Description

    The Customer Service/Business Administration Apprentice role is located in the office on site in Willerby HU10 6EB and plays a crucial part within our business. Image Data Group is a family-owned business with locations in Hull, Howden, and Brighton, leading the way in marketing communications and providing print solutions since 1989. We specialize in delivering cutting-edge visual communications for top UK retailers and corporations, offering a wide range of products from banners to presentation brochure packs.

    The Customer Service/Business Administration Apprentice works in our Commercial Department, providing support to the Commercial Team to ensure we not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain insights into our Print Manufacturing business, connecting with customers and suppliers - no two days will be the same!

    You will be working towards achieving NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service and progressing to NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.

    Main Function:

    To provide administrative support to the commercial team, ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the Estimating Team in producing timely and accurate quotations for customers
    • Review workload to ensure efficiency in quote production based on customer priority
    • Assist the Purchasing Team in processing order requisitions accurately and promptly
    • Use stock control system effectively to meet production requirements
    • Record goods returns to suppliers promptly for accurate accounting
    • Assist during stocktaking activities as needed
