    Risk and Business Continuity Manager

    This is a hybrid position which involves both remote work and on-site presence.

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Risk and Business Continuity Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will oversee the development and implementation of risk management and business continuity strategies across our global operations, ensuring the resilience and stability of our business in the face of diverse challenges.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Create, implement, and oversee a global risk management framework and business continuity plans.
    • Conduct risk assessments at a global level, addressing unique challenges in different markets.
    • Coordinate effective responses during international crises or disruptions.
    • Develop and facilitate global training programs focused on risk awareness and emergency preparedness.
    • Liaise with international regulatory bodies to ensure compliance across different regions.
    • Manage cross-functional teams in high-pressure situations, ensuring cohesive global strategies.
    • Regularly review and enhance our global risk management and business continuity practices.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CRMP, CBCP) are desirable.
    • Extensive experience in risk management and business continuity, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
    Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent leadership and international team management capabilities.
    • Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English and preferably another language.
    • Resilience and ability to manage complex, multinational projects under pressure.
    • Proficient in using advanced risk assessment tools and software.
