    Description

    MCR Property Group is a property investment and development company, which works across a wide variety of sectors, including; residential, student accommodation, offices, retail and industrial, with offices in Manchester, Birmingham, London, Bristol and Glasgow.

    Fantastic opportunity for an engaging and industrious property management professional who has lettings experience residential properties. We envisage the role to grow with the right candidate as they take on responsibility for the Lettings across the UK.

    Ideal Lettings Director will have:

    ·Minimum of 10 years' experience in lettings and block management

    ·Developing and growing existing lettings business

    ·Enabling good integration with the Property Management division

    ·A good understanding of property maintenance and overseeing in house contractors, as well as third party contractors

    ·Dealing with ad hoc problems and unforeseeable situations

    ·Ensuring properties are well maintained and costs are well controlled

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Service Charge experience and knowledge
  • To be able to travel across the UK

    • ·IRPM Qualified

    Lettings Management Responsibilities will be:

    ·Implementing a strategic business plan across the UK

    ·Monthly analysis

  • Apartment lettings experience
  • Block management – compliance
  • Dealing with any occupier issues appropriately
  • Creation of purchase orders/cheque requests/credit notes
  • Credit control and rent collection management
  • Liaising with accounts over payments and receipts
  • Logging and management of all maintenance issues and arrange repairs & services
  • Control of all Administration/Filing
  • Responsible for maintaining health and safety on the site
  • Aftersales interaction
