    We are an established boutique real estate & Lifestyle company located in London's West End, specialising in Sales and Lettings of Prime London properties.

    We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager/Director to join our team and oversee our prestigious portfolio of properties for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) in Central London.

    This is a unique opportunity to work with an exclusive clientele and manage and grow our Lettings department.

    As the Central London Luxury Lettings Manager/Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our luxury real estate agency's operations within Central London.

    Your primary objective is to drive the successful rental of high-end residential properties, winning instructions while upholding the agency's reputation for excellence in the luxury real estate market.

    Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve rental targets for luxury properties.

    • Monitoring property Lettings listings, ensuring that targets are met, and properties are effectively marketed.
    • Oversee a portfolio of prestigious luxury properties, ensuring their optimal presentation and marketability.
    • Determine pricing strategies based on market trends and property attributes.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with highnetworth clients, property owners, investors, and international buyers.
    • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities in the luxury real estate sector.
    • Manage a team of real estate agents, support staff, and marketing professionals.
    • Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
    • Ensure all legal and contractual obligations are met during property rentals.
    • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant real estate regulations, laws, and ethical standards.
    • Build and expand a strong network of luxury real estate industry contacts, including highprofile clients, partners, and industry influencers.
    • Enhance the agency's reputation and brand image in the luxury real estate market.
    • Develop and maintain a distinctive and prestigious brand presence.
    • Provide regular and detailed financial reports to higher management or property owners.
    • Monitor and manage the financial performance of the luxury division.
    Extensive experience in luxury real estate Lettings in Prime Central London.

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Indepth knowledge of the luxury real estate market trends and dynamics.
    • Thorough understanding of legal and compliance requirements in the real estate industry.
    • A company luxury car after 6 months, choose from a (Lamborghini, Ferrari , Mercedes G63, Range Rover, Gym membership in one of the top gyms in central London and a luxury holiday Package.
