    Behaviour Lead

    37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time only)

    Salary Range; Band D £30, £34, pro-rated)

    Actual salary; £25, £29,861.83

    Responsibilities:


    • Oversee analysis of data relating to behaviour and planning accordingly


    • Work with SLT to identify CPD needs in relation to behaviour management


    • Work with the Deputy Headteacher to develop and implement policies, plans and

    procedures that promote effective behaviour management


    • To communicate with parents, carers and outside agencies


    • Work collaboratively with Inclusion Lead and SENCO
