- Provide strategic advice and counsel to the president on critical issues and decisions.
- Drive the successful execution of critical projects and initiatives within the EMEA region.
- Develop and present options, scenarios, and recommendations based on data and insights.
- Anticipate potential challenges and opportunities, offering proactive solutions.
- Assist in developing and implementing long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and advisors, to achieve consensus and alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for the president and senior leadership team.
- Work with the regional head of people and the learning & development team to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture within the President's office.
- Preferably 8-10 years of relevant experience in a senior executive support role or strategic advisory capacity.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proven project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.

Position Overview
The Director, Business Operations , EMEA, is a highly visible and strategic role, serving as a trusted advisor and right-hand to the President. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects and priorities. The Director, Business Operations will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across the EMEA region, and supporting the President in achieving the company's strategic goals.
