Description

Madisons are currently recruiting for a full time Multi - skilled reactive Maintenance Technician to join our clients team working within the North London Area.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on a verity of commercial contracts and reactive maintenance and must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

To carry out a range of reactive maintenance requests relating to a variety of general building work, electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs when necessary.
Manage the day to day reactive workload in North London.
Experience with temporary repair and able to provide a detailed reports and quotation for the additional work required for the PPM team.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate maintenance activities.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements

2+ years' work preferred, with salary depending on experience. (negotiable)
Good overall standard of I.T, able to use a laptop, phone, tablet.
UK Driving Licence (Essential).
Previously worked within the building services industry, pre-planned or reactive maintenance experience.
Availability for weekend and overtime and call outs. (Bonus)
Located in or very close to North London.

Benefits

£30,000 - £36,000 per annum
