    My client is a multi-million-pound organisation with the goal to improve the lives of vulnerable people across the UK. I am assisting them to recruit an Interim Finance Assistant on an initial six-month contract. The head office is based in London, operating on a hybrid working pattern.

    The Interim Finance Assistant's duties will include:
    • Processing invoices into the system, manually typing in the data and ensuring POs are matched.
    • Reconciling the supplier accounts.
    • Maintaining the finance team inbox, ensuring all supplier emails are allocated and dealt with in a timely manner.
    • Liaising with suppliers and staff, correcting any account variances, and answering day to day queries.
      This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is currently studying or wants to be in an environment that encourages growth.

      The successful Interim Finance Assistant's will have:
      • Recent Accounting experience, with the ability to assist the Accounts Payable team confidently and enter data accurately into Excel.
      • Experience using numerous financial accounting softwares and Excel.
      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
