As our performance improvement analyst, you will help us to understand our train performance, providing the key data to allow us to understand delays to our services and what we can do to make performance improvements.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail who will work consistently to a high standard. You will need to be able to quickly learn our systems, practices and procedures, alongside our services and geography. We need somebody able to work under pressure who has the drive to contribute towards improving our performance.
What will you be doing?
As our performance improvement analyst, you will be responsible for data collection and the production of reports on our train performance for a wide range of stakeholders. You will be responsible for management and maintenance of our performance systems to make sure that our data is complete and accurate. You will support the rest of the performance team by producing statistics and analysis to identify performance improvements. You will also analyse delay causes to identify the reasons for late running and cancelled trains.
