    Description
    Role PurposeWorking in one of the Property Management Accounting operational teams. Onboarding and offboarding the financial data of clients assets into and out from CBREs management.
    Key Responsibilities
  • Own the financial onboarding of clients portfolios to ensure accurate setup
  • Interrogate financial handover from previous managing agent
  • Transaction processing onto accounting system
  • Review and understand service charge
  • Finalising the cash reconciliation
  • Ensure the offboarding financial control balances are cleared in line with sale agreement
  • Responsibility for banking setup
  • Point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ownership of transition portfolio. Highlighting and escalating where required
  • Process payments to external parties as required
  • Providing support and training to team members
  • Assist with project work where required
  • Maintain and own documentation processes in line with compliance requirements
  • Support any ad hoc requests

    Skills Required
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) required
  • Experience in using Property Management systems, would be advantageous
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
