    Oversee, communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on logistics and warehousing activities
    Manage and track 3PL productivity and overall performance
    Daily review on performance metrics with 3PL to ensure no pending task
    Monitor and ensure 3PL delivered products to various department/user timely and in accordance to food hygiene and safety guidelines
    Attending daily morning briefing and share inventories and reservations report updates to internal stakeholder
    Monthly operation review with Customer/Management
    Conduct weekly/monthly safety audits to prevent non-conformance
    IA audits follow up for closure of non-conformance
    Manages any other ad hoc tasks, activities or responsibilities as assigned by the management
    Degree holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experiences in warehouse operations will be preferred
    Good to have knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP
    Good management and leadership skills
