    Role Description

    Our Merch Traffic team is looking for a creative, driven, and passionate junior graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing for merchandise and the music/entertainment industry.

    The Team


    We are a major player in the Music & Entertainment industry, and we have an enthusiastic and highly motivated team dedicated to delivering a range of traditional and novel merchandise products necessary to promote the band / performer.

    It's a small team so you will be an integral part of that team.

    Responsibilities

    Assist the lead designer on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities to meet evolving deadlines across retail, touring and e-commerce

    Collate and prepare artwork requests for external clients

    Ability to design into multiple music and artist "brands", genres, and styles

    Creates product mock-ups for apparel, accessories, and packaging

    Prepare tech packs and hi-res art files to be print ready

    Design a variety of digital assets for social media and web

    Ability to multi-task different projects in a fast-paced environment in an organized manner

    Requirements

    2-3 years of graphic/fashion design experience

    Thorough understanding of

    Adobe Creative Suite:
    Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

    Experience in working for/with high street fashion retailers.

    Knowledge of current trends, culture, and design in fashion and music

    A portfolio of relevant design work

    Ability to take direction and handle constructive criticism are essential
