    Role Overview

    • Lead the Internal Control over Financial Reporting framework for TPICAP Group
    • Implement the Framework at Group level for activities including Consolidation, FP&A, Group reporting, Tax, and Treasury
    • Create process documentation and control maps to support monthly management accounts
    • Work with Regional Control leads to ensure key controls are effective at group level
    • Drive efficient external audits and provide guidance on Financial Reporting

    Experience / Competences

    Essential

    • Build relationships across finance teams in the UK, APAC, and Americas
    • Guide varied control approaches to a common level
    • Summarize key processes to identify risks and controls for monitoring
    • Practical experience in Financial Reporting under IFRS in a listed business
    • ACA qualified
    Desired
    • Experience in SOX operation or audit for listed businesses
    • Experience in restructuring legal entity structures
