    Job Title: Content Manager – Hybrid

    Salary: up to £45k

    London based

    Seeking a Content Manager to Elevate Our Marketing Strategy

    At APSCo, (The Association of Professional Staffing Companies), we're in the business of supporting a sector that changes lives for the better, one successful placement at a time. As a member of our team, you'll collaborate with some of the most influential entrepreneurs in the recruitment industry. Celebrating our 25th anniversary, APSCo stands as the only international association dedicated to professional staffing companies.

    As the APSCo UK Content Manager, you will lead our inbound marketing strategies, which encompass our website, social media, blogs, reports, and lead generation efforts.

    Your Role:

    • Develop content that resonates with our key personas, driving engagement and brand awareness.
    • Manage APSCo UK's editorial calendar, ensuring timely and impactful campaigns across all channels.
    • Coordinate high-quality content creation for our owned channels, including websites, printed materials, social media, and video.
    • Innovate with standout solutions for message communication.
    • Lead our research program, incorporating both member surveys and external research.

    Skills Required:

    • Exceptional writing abilities for online and offline mediums.
    • Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media platforms.
    • A creative mindset with the initiative to identify and act on opportunities.
    • Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills for building collaborative relationships.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing automation and content management systems.
    • A degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
