    People Business Partner

    We are seeking a skilled People Business Partner to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Chichester, West Sussex. Reporting to the Head of People, you will serve as a strategic advisor to line managers and the leadership team, aligning HR strategies with business goals, enhancing performance, and fostering a culture of improvement and engagement. This role involves addressing complex HR issues, offering strategic guidance, and leading initiatives that drive business success. It's a varied role, ensuring no two days are alike.     • Offering advice on all employee relations matters

    • Ensuring policies comply with regulations
    • Resolving complex colleague issues and conflicts
    • Managing onboarding for new employees
    • Providing expertise on long-term absence management
    • Supporting performance reviews and training needs identification
    • Developing performance improvement plans
    • Conducting interviews for new hires and exits
