    We have a fantastic opportunity available across our network and are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team.

    We are looking for an Inbound and Outbound advisors to join our team at our contact centre located in Redditch.

    Previous contact centre experience not required (although would be beneficial) Full training will be provided. This role would suit an outgoing personality with an excellent telephone manner and drive to achieve and excel targets.
    Receiving/making telephone calls
    Secure bookings for service, MOT and/or repairs
    Excellent telephone manner
    Call centre experience

    This is a fulltime position with 23 days paid annual leave, raising to 25 with longevity of service.
    Working Hours Monday – Friday – 40 hours per week. (Location Johnsons Head Office
