    Description
    As forward-thinking subject matter experts, we prioritise the right things to deliver tangible impact through software development.

    It would be helpful if you have had experience working in a regulated industry in areas such as player account management, wallet, AML, safter gambling and other compliance features.

    Together with the compliance team, you will work across multiple markets and licences to build solid & flexible tools for our players to have fun in a safe & responsible way
    Leading and participating in scrum rituals, ensuring the team has what they need to deliver
    Effectively manage the request backlog/pipeline justified by data/customer insights and UX
    Ensure a balance between commercial value and reducing tech debt
    Drive the training and demos of the solutions implemented to ensure successful rollout
    2 years + Product Owner/ Manager experience (working with development teams)
    ~ Excellent communicator both verbally and written (English)
    ~ Demonstrated experience developing and executing digital product roadmaps
    ~ Experience gathering and analysing requirements and planning
    ~ Agile understanding and way of working
