    Integration Analyst/Systems Engineer

    London

    Up to £50k + Bonus & Benefits

    This role will suit a driven and adaptable IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering seamless integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT integrations, with a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within a dynamic setting involving multiple acquisitions.

    As an IT Specialist at our rapidly growing financial services company, you will play a crucial role in the successful integration of acquired businesses into our organization. Our client is experiencing exponential growth, with a massive increase through mergers and acquisitions

    The role requires a hands-on approach and expertise in Microsoft-based systems, as well as proven experience with 3rd line systems engineering and integrations. The successful candidate will have experience with both systems and infrastructure, as well as software and some application integration.

    Key requirements include a solid understanding of integration methodologies, data migration techniques, and IT systems alignment, as well as experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation purposes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

    The ideal candidate will have a problem-solving mindset, analytical skills, and proven project management capabilities, with a talent for juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project is also required.

    What You'll Do:

    • Collaborate closely with the IT Integration Lead to assess the IT landscape of potential acquisition targets and identify integration opportunities and risks
    • Develop and execute comprehensive integration strategies and project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives
    • Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to design and implement the integration of acquired systems, data, and technologies
    • Act as a liaison between the acquired entities and our company, fostering strong relationships and addressing stakeholder concerns
    • Monitor integration project progress, proactively tackle challenges, and ensure timely delivery within budget
    • Maintain detailed documentation, generate status reports, and contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes
    • Conduct quality assessments, identify optimization opportunities, and support post-integration reviews
    • Ensure integrated systems adhere to security and compliance standards in collaboration with the IT Service Delivery Team

    What You'll Need:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT integrations, preferably within a dynamic environment involving multiple acquisitions
    • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft-based systems
    • Demonstrated success in managing projects involving infrastructure, data, email, and phone migrations for acquired companies.
    • Thorough understanding of the full acquisition integration process, from due diligence to post-migration support.
    • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including:
    • Office 365 suite (OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
    • Windows Active Directory (WAD)
    • Azure Active Directory (AAD)
    • Azure cloud services
    • Microsoft Intune
    • On-premises servers and hybrid environments
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Monday board management, to effectively plan, execute, and track project progress.
    • Strong understanding of SQL and experience working with specific Broker software platforms that are commonly used in the industry.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with acquired companies.
    • Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
    • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.

    Desirable:

    • Experience with third-line support, covering the entire IT service provision
    • Knowledge of integrating legacy and advanced applications into existing infrastructure
    • Familiarity with DevOps and change management methodologies
    • Experience with purchasing and building laptops, user accounts, firewalls, domain network teams, SharePoint, and email migrations
    • Familiarity with migration tools, specifically Migwiz (Titan) software, for efficient data and system migrations
