    The Nudge Group is exclusively working with a dynamic and innovative pharmaceutical company at the forefront of developing cutting-edge solutions to improve public health.

    Committed to advancing nicotine delivery methods, we are seeking a talented and motivated Product Development expert to add to the team in the UK.

    Research and Development specialising in Nicotine Products, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing formulations for next-generation nicotine delivery systems.

    Lead the formulation development of nicotine mini lozenges, ensuring efficacy, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
    # Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacologists, chemists, and regulatory affairs experts, to drive product development from concept to commercialization.
    # Design and execute experiments to assess product stability, bioavailability, and performance.
    # Stay abreast of industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory changes related to nicotine delivery systems.
    # Contribute to the writing of research reports, patent applications, and regulatory documentation.

    PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
    # Proven experience in the development of pharmaceutical or over-the-counter products, with a focus on oral delivery systems.
    # Expertise in formulation development, analytical techniques, and quality control processes.
    # Knowledge of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical product development.
    # Experience in nicotine or smoking cessation product development.
    # Track record of successful collaboration with regulatory agencies.
