- gather and analyze operational data, establish and monitor crucial metrics to pinpoint and communicate areas for enhancement
- apply diverse engineering practices with a focus on reliability, ranging from instrumentation, performance analysis, and log analytics to automated testing, deployment, and operations
- guarantee the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by following our digital principles and enforcing both functional and non-functional requirements
- collaborate across the organization and SRE and DevSecOps chapter to advance SLOs in the SLDC earlier – 'left shift'
- BSc or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
- preferably 3 years of experience in a resembling role within the finance industry
- keen on adopting new technologies and methods, leveraging strategic platforms and standards, assessing choices, and making decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
- effective communicator, adept at presentations and technical writing
- versatile developer – proficient in acquiring a new programming language or paradigm swiftly
