    The Role:

    Oxfam GB is looking for an Editorial Project Manager. This role will be part of our Communications for Impact team at Oxfam GB. You will work with authors and commissioning managers across Oxfam and its partners to develop publications which communicate knowledge and learning.

    You will project manage papers in support of Oxfam's advocacy, campaigning, and programmatic work, working with freelancers to ensure high quality content which aligns with our values. The role involves managing digital publishing processes to ensure broad dissemination and discoverability.

    What we are looking for:

    Our next Editorial Project Manager will work with others to support them to get their content into a good shape for publication, including working on research reports, briefing notes, policy papers, guidelines and other publications. You will have strong communication skills and an eye for detail and be adept at handling multiple projects to schedule and to budget. You will be passionately committed to ensuring that what we communicate and how we work aligns with our values to be feminist, anti-racist and partner-led.

    Location

    This role is ideally suited to being based in Oxford, UK (with flexibility to work from home within our hybrid working arrangements).

    We are also open to applications from people based in any country where Oxfam GB has a presence (subject to agreement with the local Oxfam Regional or Country office provided the candidate has the right to work from their preferred location) .

    The terms and conditions of the role will be in line with the National Contract of the country in which the role is based.

    Hours:

    36 hours per week or 28.8 part time hours if the role is based in the UK

    £36,826 - £45,844 FTE for UK or as per national scale depending on location
