    Property Manager - South Kensington
    Basic: £35,000 (DOE)

    OTE: £40,000



    My client has a very exciting role for a brilliant Property Manager to join a strong, growing, boutique estate agency based in South Kensington.

    Key Points:
    - Basic £35,000

    - OTE: £40,000

    • Minimum 2 Years Experience
    • Great Career Opportunities/Progression
    • Top Boutique Agency
    Main Roles:

    You will be managing a sizable property portfolio
    Delivering a high level of customer service
    Ensuring compliance with current UK law, guidelines.
    Arranging tenancy works such as safety certificates, professional cleaning, inventories and any necessary maintenance throughout the life cycle of a tenancy
    Checking new tenancy paperwork in preparation for move in
    Arranging and attending property inspections
    Tending to reactive and/or planned maintenance requests
    Managing the deposit release process at the end of the tenancy
    Characteristics & Skills:
