    Take charge of diverse projects, ensuring our work meets the highest standards of clarity, accuracy, and creativity.
    Bring your expertise to the table, inspiring the team with fresh ideas and concepts that elevate our projects.

    Championing Quality and Compliance:
    Share your expertise in editorial processes and medical communications strategy, setting the standard for excellence.
    Share your knowledge and experience, empowering junior team members to excel in their roles.
    Bring your strategic vision to the table, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within our client accounts.
    A proven track record of excellence in medical writing or a related field.

    Inspiring Leadership and Management:
    Lead and motivate editorial team members, effectively briefing other account team members as required.
    Mentor junior team members, providing support and guidance on client and project-related matters.
    Contribute to resource discussions, planning, and forecasting for designated accounts, ensuring efficient project delivery and resource allocation.
    Participate in training programs and engage in personal development activities to enhance your skills.
    Lead, coach, and mentor more junior team members, providing support and guidance on client and project-related issues.
    Fueling Commercial and

    Business Growth:
    Demonstrate a detailed understanding of project budgets and scopes of work, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.

    Identify organic growth opportunities for existing accounts and contribute to new business activities to support the future growth of Bioscript Group.

    Demonstrated excellence as a Senior Medical Writer in an agency or pharma environment.
    Evidence of ability to perform at a more senior level, showcasing leadership and strategic thinking.
    Strong organisational and time management abilities.
