    £110K SALARY – JOIN AN ESTABLISHED TOP 30 FIRM



    Been thinking about relocating from London, up north?

    Think Trevor James is working with a Top 30 accountancy practice based in Northampton looking for a technically brilliant, solution-focused candidate looking to work with their ambitious, knowledgeable and growing audit Senior Team as an Audit Associate Director/RI to help clients deliver their business strategies and goals.

    As you'd expect from a Top 30 firm you will be surrounded by highly trained and experienced 'best in class' colleagues, with benefits of the role including a competitive salary, hybrid working and flexi-time, bank holidays excluded from your 30 days holiday entitlement, group life assurance and income protection, corporate reward scheme, birthday day off, quarterly functions and events, and a health cash plan.

    The candidate must be ACCA/ACA qualified with RI experience.

    Responsibilities:
    • To help support and manage exceptional delivery of Audit & Assurance services for their client base
    • Responsible for the financial performance and management of a portfolio of audit clients
    • Develop a strong commercial understanding of the client's businesses and any developments within it, identifying opportunities for our other service lines
    • Ensure that the firm's risk management and quality control procedures are always adhered to
    • Play an integral role in the recruitment, retention, training, development and motivation of the Audit & Assurance team
    • Acting as a representative of the firm - participating in office marketing events, sector specific events, writing blogs and technical articles
    • Driving existing and new revenue initiatives, implementing operational efficiencies and delivering client service to the highest standard.
    • Commercially minded and able to develop business in new and existing clients
    • Work with the Senior Leadership team supporting on strategy and business planning
    • Winning and delivering assignments as necessary to achieve annual targets
    • Maintain quality of services delivered to clients
