- Answering employee enquiries and complaint tickets.
- Validating monthly payroll data for benefits.
- Day to day benefits administration activities of sending required data to the vendors and analyze the incoming data.
- Processing invoicing for benefits vendors
- Administering Medical, Life insurance, Pension, and various other Country specific statutory and non-statutory benefits.
- Vendor and Stakeholder management.
- Coordinating with Finance team for payment, reconciliation and other required activities.
- Assisting in annual enrollment related activities.
- Working on various kind of reporting required and ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Right attitude with desire to learn and deliver value to the organization.
- Graduation from a recognized college/university.
- Experience in Benefits administration.
- Descent communication skills .
- Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel spreadsheet) is a must have competency desired for the candidate.
