    The HR Data Analyst plays a crucial role in extracting, analysing, and interpreting HR data to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making within the HR department.

    This position involves reviewing HR data, identifying trends related to employee performance, turnover, absenteeism, and other critical metrics. The HR Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to guide HR strategies and improve organizational effectiveness.

    Review HR data and analyse data, solve problems, give us critical insights (example: if there was absence data, identify the issues by locations / customer / manager etc.)
    Review data related to employee demographics, compensation, benefits, and performance.
    Identify discrepancies, outliers, and patterns within the data.
    Analyse HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism, recruitment effectiveness) to provide actionable insights.
    Collaborate with HR business partners to address specific challenges (e.g., Provide recommendations for workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management.
    Create reports for HR leadership and other stakeholders.
    Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    HR experience not essential but may help.
    Strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities and predictive analysis.
    Maths, statistics, data science or analytics.
