    Tasks

    ABOUTTHE ROLE

    This role will play acrucial role in supporting the Comms8 team based in London.Reporting directly to the Managing Director and the local managersyou will be tasked with providing efficient and professionalsupport in campaign management new business development and contentcreation management across regions.

    This presentsan exciting prospect offering exposure to various operationalactivities within Comms8. There are extensive opportunities forprofessional development and the chance to make a significantimpact withinComms8.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    ContentCreation &Management

    • Assist inbrainstorming creating and managing engaging content for variousdigital platforms including social media websites and emailcampaigns.
    • Collaborate with our creative teamto develop compelling visual and written content that aligns withour brand voice andstrategy.

    Clientservicing andsupport

    • Support ourclient services team in providing outstanding customer serviceincluding responding to client queries preparing reports andpresentations and participating in clientmeetings.
    • You will be a key point of contactfor our clients so excellent communication skills areessential.

    Databasemanagement

    • Oversee themaintenance and optimization of our databases. This includes dataentry data cleansing generating database reports and implementingimprovements to our data managementsystems.

    BusinessOutreach

    • Assist withbusiness development efforts including market research leadgeneration and outreach to potentialclients.
    • Develop and maintain relationshipswith business partners stakeholders and potentialclients.

    Requirements

    • Excellentpresentation and communication skills.
    • Stronginterest in Asian/Chinese culture and media landscape; knowledge ofthe Chinese language is a plus.
    • Familiaritywith the city and a keen eye for the latesttrends.
    • Display a can do attitude proactive inseeking solutions is a must.
    • Knowledge ofmanaging Chinese social media platforms would be anadvantage.
    • Eager to learn and demonstrate ahigh level of curiosity.
    • Basic graphic andanimation design skills are required.
    • Excellentpresentation and communicationskills.
    • Willingness to embrace a flexible anddynamicenvironment.
