    Claims Underwriting Executive - Reinsurance

    We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Claims Underwriting Executive to join our International Major & Complex Loss team, based in London on a one year fixed-term contract (with possibility of extension.)

    With demonstrable experience in reinsurance claims handling and reporting with possible knowledge of liability or other similar claims experience will be considered, you will play a key role pro-actively managing claims for clients, supporting them through the process, liaising with stakeholders and undertaking bordereaux reporting. You may also participate in market meetings and have the opportunity to attend client events.

    You will have/will be:

  • Obtained or be willing to work towards a professional qualification, e.g. Cert CII
  • Committed to gaining the relevant knowledge and skills for the professional and technical requirements of the job
  • Self-motivated, conscientious and able to work under your own initiative
  • A desire to embrace innovative working practices, supporting our digital strategy
  • Ability to demonstrate recent professional development activity including networking
