    Currently, we're seeking an organised and detail-oriented Audio-Visual Technician to join our team and help us streamline our event preparation process.


    What You'll Do:

    and work with the PM, Ops and Warehouse team to support the planning and preparations of and operate a variety of different types of AV equipment to meet the client needs within the venue and other venues as loading and unloading of equipment is carried out according to company responsibility for company equipment and storage spaces onsite.maintain company equipment that is stored at the venue in accordance with company systems and processes.company H&S procedures.communicate and work closely with other departments across the venue to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.represent the company ethos when liaising with clients and suppliers.

    Carry out any other duties as may be requested by the line manager within the scope of the role.


    What We're Looking For:

    Experience of working in a live events environment (technical and coordination) Ability to fault find and resolve technical issues in time sensitive high-pressure situations.

    Ability to prioritise requests from multiple stakeholders.

    Ability to plan multiple events at the same time, whilst keeping event documentation up to date throughout the planning process.

    Basic knowledge of IT NetworksWorking knowledge of event technology including PA systems, sound desks, projection and LED displays. Proactive attitude to work, looking for and solving potential risks before they become problematic.
