    ABOUT US

    Total Management Group, a prominent Events and Travel Agency based in London and New York, is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support drive business growth utilising a range of strategies from generating focused leads and fostering strategic partnerships. If you are passionate with a proven track record in sales, an understanding of the event and travel industry and enjoy working in fast paced environments, we would love to talk.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Client Relationship Management and Administration:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
    • Utilise various channels, including digital marketing, social media, partnerships, SEO monitoring and events, to generate high-quality leads.
    • Implement lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel.
    • Support early stage relationships during tender processes and initial onboarding.

    Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Sourcing and contacting prospective clients through varying mediums
    • Drive lead generation pipeline
    • CRM development, management and execution
    • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, highlighting the agency's unique value propositions.
    • Oversee the end-to-end sales process; from lead generation to client pitch and proposal development.
    • Support and develop marketing strategies to align and increase lead generation efforts.

    Partnership Development:

    • Identify and forge strategic partnerships with relevant industry stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

    Market Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
    • Use market insights to adapt lead generation and sales strategies for maximum impact.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams across all divisions, to ensure seamless execution of events, travel and studio services.
    • Experience working across multiple time zones
    • Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Work closely with the Global Development Director and Managing Directors across both offices, to ensure seamless coordination between lead generation and business development strategies.

    SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) preferable
    • Proven experience in business development within the events and travel industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
    • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation tools.
