- Create and maintain quality procedures in order to pave the way to achieving and maintaining SP205 accreditation.
- Recruit Risk Assessors and validate capabilities.
- Mentor new Risk Assessors in the field, to ensure that all competencies are reached, in order to fulfil the FRA role.
- Review and maintain related Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) documentation and web-based content.
- Provide technical FRA support to the whole team
- Action any customer queries in relation to technical aspects
- Manage the competency matrix for Assessors in relation to qualifications and ability
- Technical validating of FRA reports and calculation checks on occupancy reports
- Provide support & guidance to the wider team of Assessors.
- Build strong, credible relationships both with internal & external customers in person and via media/telephone chanels
- You will be up to date with fire legislation
- Be able to support us in paving the way to achieving an SP205 accreditation
- Previous experience of recruiting and interviewing
- Be a strong Administrator
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload
- Possess excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Be used to working on own initiative and within a team environment
- Hold a current UK driving licence
