    Description

    Our client is an innovative and forward-thinking property investment and regeneration fund, privately-owned, the company owns and manages an investment portfolio in excess of £125M value, focused on the trade counter and multi-let industrial, roadside users and office sectors.

    Due to ongoing growth and success, our client is looking to recruit a delivery focused Development Manager to support and work closely with their Development Director and Investment Director.

    Our client is an extremely active property company with a constant cycle of development work through re-investment in the portfolio, they have a varied asset class focusing on residential, commercial and industrial.

    Relevant degree in construction management / engineering / surveying.
    ~Project management experience from pre-construction through to delivery and handover.
    ~ Commercial awareness of development costs.
    ~ Experience of working on projects with construction values from £3M to £15M.
    ~ Residential / industrial / commercial sector experience advantageous.
    ~ Experience of building on both green and brownfield sites.
    ~ Basic understanding of the planning system.
    ~ An entrepreneurial and creative approach to development
