    HR Generalist

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a talented HR Generalist to play a pivotal role in shaping our growing team. This position is integral to our success, ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations and contributing to an exceptional employee experience.

    As our HR Generalist, you're at the heart of our people operations for our full time permanent employees. You'll be an integral part of the people team from Day 1.

    This role is an extraordinary opportunity for a passionate HR professional who thrives in high-growth environments and is excited about building a scalable people function in an impact-driven organisation.

    As our HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:

    Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers on vacancies and open/advertise job descriptions on our ATS (team tailor)
    • Perform screening interviews
    • Manage employment contract setups and ensure compliance with legal requirements and record retention (e.g. right to work checks and potential visa sponsoring together with trusted immigration lawyers)
    • Be the welcoming face of HIVED during onboarding- providing a positive experience for new hires
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to support a seamless onboarding process


    Employee relations and administration:

    • Maintain accurate employee records, including staff files and HRIS data management
    • Be first point of contact for employee queries regarding contracts, leave programs and benefits
    • Ensure accurate payroll processing together with finance team
    • Handle HR administrative tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
    • Support HR employee cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures

    Off-boarding:

    • Ensure off-boarding process is handled immaculately
    • Navigate and oversee HRIS and respective HR data management
    • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
    • Administer and potentially enhance employee benefits
