    ServiceNow Programme DirectorMy Global Technology Providing Client is looking for a ServiceNow Programme Director who will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow across their organization

    Your responsibilities will include:
    Developing and executing a comprehensive implementation strategy aligned with business objectives.
    Leading a cross-functional team of project managers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
    Establishing governance frameworks, project timelines, and resource allocation plans.
    Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.
    Managing project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
    Providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to drive innovation and maximize the value of ServiceNow within the organization.


    Skills and Experience:
    Proven experience leading large-scale End to End ServiceNow implementations or similar IT transformation projects.
    Deep understanding of IT Service Management processes and best practices.
    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business results through technology initiatives.
    ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
