    Description

    Programme Manager

    Your responsibilities:

    • Lead the implementation of an enterprise level project through all phases (Discovery - Go-Live), including post go-live change requests.
    • Lead discovery and design workshops with clients and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements.
    • Lead creation of overall solution roadmap in terms of data engineering, data visualisation, reporting, and analytics capabilities based on the client needs.
    • Analyse and translate business and functional requirements into solutioning system features, functionality, and specifications.
    • Ability to work with multi-functional teams and deliver the solution in collaboration with offshore delivery team as well as other internal stakeholders.
    • Ownership of project deliverables, including co-ordination and completion / delivery of projects on time and to budget, flagging risks/ issues and building a mitigation plan.
    • Define project governance and ensure successful execution.
    • Supervising and coordinating activities of the parties involved in the program.
    • Lead training workshops with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Completing all aspects of project documentation and providing regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
    • Establish and maintain excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring project success and strong relationships.

    We are looking for someone:

    • Who has at least 5 years of Stakeholder and Project Management experience.
    • Who has proven ability to engage with clients on briefs and consultative solution development.
    • Who has a proven ability to manage and deliver enterprise level data and analytics projects successfully and at the same time create and maintain positive working relations both with our clients and internally across teams.
    • Who builds deep knowledge of the product and services the project will provide and have business analysis skills to deep dive into the details and suggest where a process or product can be improved
    • Who can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously whilst balancing priorities and expectations.
    • Experience in managing project and resources under agile methodology is a must
    • Experience in delivering software development projects in a cloud environment is a must
    • Who wants to learn – you need to be a self-starter and self-learner in this role.
    • Who is certified in project management, for example Prince2, PMP, IPMA or PMBOK (preferred).
    • Who has bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or related field.
    • With Exceptional leadership, time management, negotiation, facilitation, and organisational skills.
    • Experience creating Statements of Work, working within Master Service Agreements and Contracts.
