    Job Description

    Systems Engineer (BESS) required for a global leader in renewable energy technologies, revolutionizing the industry through innovation and pioneering initiatives.

    As the company's Battery Inverter Technical Specialist, you will be the essential link between R&D development and customer-facing solutions. You will leverage your deep understanding of PCS and BESS to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and market needs.

    Responsibilities :

    Technical Expertise:

    • Provide expert guidance on PCS functionality, BESS integration, and grid interaction.
    • Analyse customer feedback and translate market requirements into product development specifications.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to PCS installations and grid integration.
    • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in power systems, grid regulations, and BESS technologies.

    Communication and Collaboration:

    • Act as the internal PCS guru, providing technical advice and support to colleagues across departments.
    • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to engineers, sales personnel, and external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with R&D teams to translate market needs into concrete product features and improvements.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops on PCS technology and BESS applications.

    Market Intelligence:

    • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify potential growth opportunities for PCS technology.
    • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed about the evolving BESS landscape.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry players and potential customers.

    Experience Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience working with PCS and BESS technologies.
    • In-depth understanding of power conversion systems, battery technologies, and grid integration principles.
    • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems and analyze system performance data.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Passion for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
