    Description

    Our client is a family-owned care home group, employing over 2,000 staff and supporting 1,400 residents. Assist in managing operations within the home to reach or exceed goals, ensuring high-quality care is always provided.
    Oversee the care staff and step into full management in the absence of the Home Manager.
    Train and supervise care staff in all aspects of their work.
    Keep each resident's care plan and daily records up to date.
    Foster effective communication with the residents' families and other organisations.
    Comprehensive induction and training programme.

    Annual NMC PIN renewal paid for.
    The ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent care.
    Good working knowledge of CQC standards.

    The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and the staffing team.

    Ability to promote ownership of care programmes by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programmes within the home.

    NMC registered nurse with relevant experience.
