    Description

    OTTera Customer Success Associates act as the customer's trusted advisor providing a voice, support, guidance, and knowledge resources that will facilitate the achievement of their business objectives using the organization's products and services throughout all phases of the customer lifecycle.

    Utilizes extensive product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and training to enhance customer engagements and achieve successful outcomes.
    Work with OTTera customers directly to assist requests for on-boarding, training, and general support.
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Founded in 2017, OTTera is a dynamic player in the streaming video space. We have a PaaS offering white label OTT/video streaming offering, power live/linear playback (FAST channels), and offer AdOps/RevOps/monetization services.

    We directly power 70+ brands, over 150+ linear channels, and deliver content to an audience of hundreds of millions of users worldwide.

    We need new folks to join our team to help bring new ideas to the table, provide muscle and bandwidth to execute on existing initiatives, and to be a part of this challenging and constantly evolving landscape.

    We have team members working around the world and have been virtual since the company was formed, therefore we're very comfortable working across time zones and geography.

    This position will be remote within the United Kingdom.

    We pride ourselves on diversity and working with a worldwide team of people from different backgrounds.

    We have a very collaborative engineering team — we have formal standups twice a week, but also frequent informal standups and rubber-duck sessions to help chat through those sticky little issues we all run into.
